Warranty Overview
All products sold by MoonHome carry the full IKEA manufacturer warranty. Warranty periods vary by product category and are designed to cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use.
In addition to the manufacturer warranty, MoonHome provides a 90-day workmanship guarantee on all professional assembly services. If any assembly-related issue arises within 90 days, we will return to fix it at no charge.

π How to Make a Warranty Claim
Document the Issue
Take clear photos or a short video of the defect. Note when you first noticed the issue and describe how the item has been used.
Submit Your Claim
Email hello@moonhome.me with: your order number, product name, description of the defect, and photos/video. Subject line: "Warranty Claim β [Order Number]".
Assessment
Our team will review your claim within 2 business days. We may request additional information or photos. For complex cases, a technician visit may be arranged.
Resolution
Approved claims are resolved by replacement of the defective part or the entire item, or a full refund β whichever is most appropriate. Replacement delivery is free of charge.
