In addition to the manufacturer warranty, MoonHome provides a 90-day workmanship guarantee on all professional assembly services. If any assembly-related issue arises within 90 days, we will return to fix it at no charge.

Take clear photos or a short video of the defect. Note when you first noticed the issue and describe how the item has been used.

Email hello@moonhome.me with: your order number, product name, description of the defect, and photos/video. Subject line: "Warranty Claim – [Order Number]".

Assessment

Our team will review your claim within 2 business days. We may request additional information or photos. For complex cases, a technician visit may be arranged.

Resolution

Approved claims are resolved by replacement of the defective part or the entire item, or a full refund β€” whichever is most appropriate. Replacement delivery is free of charge.
