E-commerce Operations Manager
Own the end-to-end operations of our online store β from inventory management and supplier coordination to order fulfilment and logistics optimisation. You'll work closely with the founder to scale our processes as we grow.
Customer Experience Specialist
Be the voice of MoonHome. Handle customer enquiries across email, chat, and social media. Resolve issues with empathy and efficiency, and feed insights back to the product and operations teams to continuously improve our service.
Digital Marketing Manager
Drive customer acquisition and retention through paid and organic channels. Own our SEO, Google Ads, Meta campaigns, and email marketing. You'll have a real budget, real autonomy, and real accountability for growth metrics.
PHP / Full-Stack Developer
Help us build and improve our e-commerce platform. Work on new features, performance improvements, and integrations with payment and logistics providers. Our stack is PHP, MySQL, and vanilla JS β no framework overhead.
