1. Eligibility and Account Registration

2. Products and Pricing

2.1 Product Descriptions. We make every effort to display product information, images, and specifications accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our website are error-free, complete, or current. Product colours may vary due to monitor settings.

2.2 Pricing. All prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.

2.3 Availability. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a full refund or suitable alternative.

2.4 Taxes and Duties. Prices displayed may not include applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees. You are responsible for any such charges applicable in your jurisdiction.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

3.1 Order Placement. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your offer.

3.2 Acceptance. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

3.3 Order Cancellation. You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at hello@moonhome.me. Once dispatched, the returns policy applies.

4. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment service providers.

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method and authorise us to charge the full order amount including any applicable fees.

In the event of a failed payment, your order will not be processed. We are not liable for any charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery Timeframes. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs clearance, logistics delays, and public holidays.

5.2 Delivery Address. You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information.

5.3 Risk of Loss. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the specified address.

5.4 Free Delivery. Free delivery is available on qualifying orders as specified on our website. Minimum order thresholds and eligible delivery zones are subject to change.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Period. We offer a 365-day return policy on most products. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging where possible.

6.2 Exclusions. The following items are not eligible for return: custom or made-to-order products, items damaged through misuse or normal wear, and products returned outside the return period.

6.3 Refund Processing. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6.4 Defective Products. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
