π Delivery Process
Order Confirmed
You receive an order confirmation email with your order number and summary immediately after payment.
Order Processed & Packed
Our warehouse team picks and packs your items. This typically takes 1β2 business days.
Dispatched & Tracking Sent
Once dispatched, you receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track via your account dashboard.
Delivery Day Notification
Our driver will call or SMS you 30β60 minutes before arrival. Please ensure someone is available to receive the items.
Delivered & Signed
Items are delivered to your door. For large furniture, our team will bring items to your unit. Please inspect items upon receipt and note any damage on the delivery form.

- β’ Delivery is to the door of your unit. Staircase or lift access must be available for large items.
- β’ Please measure doorways, corridors, and lifts before ordering large furniture to ensure items can be brought in.
- β’ If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will arrange a free re-delivery within 3 business days.
- β’ Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather, or high-demand periods.
