We deliver to all residential and commercial addresses in Singapore, including HDB flats, condominiums, landed properties, and offices. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available for an additional fee. You will receive a confirmation SMS/email with your delivery window once your order is dispatched.

Standard delivery is SGD 25 per order. Orders totalling SGD 500 or more qualify for free delivery. Express delivery is SGD 50. Delivery fees are shown clearly at checkout before payment.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also log in to your account and visit "My Orders" to check the latest status at any time.

Our team will contact you before arrival. If you are unavailable, we will arrange a re-delivery at no extra charge within 3 business days. Please ensure someone is available to receive large furniture items.

We offer a 365-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 365 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition.

Yes. You can exchange for any item of equal or greater value. If the new item costs more, you simply pay the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the balance to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Yes, every product we sell is 100% authentic IKEA merchandise sourced directly through official channels. All items come with original IKEA packaging, assembly instructions, and manufacturer warranties.

You can click "Notify Me" on any out-of-stock product page and we will email you as soon as it is back in stock. Typical restocking time is 7–14 business days for most items.

We are an online-only store. However, all products are official IKEA items that you can view at any IKEA showroom. Our product pages include detailed dimensions, materials, and multiple photos to help you decide.
